Hypnotherapy offerings

You will find that I am like talking to an old friend, I like to keep things light and I am very down to earth.

THE CONSULTATION: In the beginning, we will do a quick consultation call, it takes about 15 minutes at no charge. During that call I will ask you questions to uncover the reasons you are considering hypnosis. We will then schedule our first session.

THE SET UP: During the first 30 minutes of our session, I am going to ask lots of questions about how you think about the thing you want to change. I will also get to know what kind of language you use and what kinds of terminology works for you. Don’t worry, I do all the work here, you just need to be open and honest for best results.

THE INDUCTION: After I am ready and know what to work on, I will invite you to enter into a deeply relaxed state, sometimes called trance. There is no wrong way to do it, so don’t worry you can’t make a mistake. You will not lose consciousness and will know what I am saying, and will be able to fully awake out of trance if you need.

Once you are deeply relaxed, I will then begin the change work in a very gentle manner. Depending on the type of session, I may ask your subconscious to give me signs of agreement. Remember, you are totally conscious, but you do not feel the need to “think” about what I am saying, you just let it sink in.

Pricing:

15 minute consultation: Free
1st session 1.5 to 2 hours includes initial set up of new client – $150
Subsequent sessions for new changes, 1 hour each – $100

All sessions can be conducted in my office in Hanson, MA USA or over Zoom, WhatsApp or Teams.

If the sessions are conducted remotely, we will both keep our cameras on. I must be able to observe the client to gauge the effectiveness of the change work. A completely quiet, distraction free room is essential for the best results. I reserve the right to collect the session fee if it must end abruptly due to interruptions on the part of the client depending on how far into the session we have gone.
