This past weekend I traveled to Tallin, Estonia for an absolutely amazing event put on by Mindvalley. I decided I needed to go after obtaining my Hypnotherapy Certification, taught by Paul McKenna this year. What I had experienced on the Mindvalley platform this past year convinced me that this was an organization I needed to become part of. Now that I have attended this event and met the people responsible, as well as 600 likeminded coaches, I am all in.
A little nervous about traveling so close to Russia, I had to rely on my faith. I departed the US and headed for a country I knew very little about. This was my first trip to a European country where I didn’t know a soul. On the flight from Denmark to Estonia I heard some people talking about Mindvalley. So I asked them if they were heading to the same event. In fact they were. They were so friendly, we all got to know each other as we walked into the airport. I shared a ride with two of my new friends and that was just the start!
That evening I attended a dinner with 8 other coaches, arranged by Coach Cheri. I had happened upon the invitation just a few days before I left on the chat group created for the event. Again, more friendly people that quickly became friends. It was a wonderful discussion led by Cheri, who is an amazing coach. I certainly didn’t feel alone any longer.
There was a mingle event the next night, where again I met more friendly people. The next morning was the event kick off. On my walk over to the venue, I met a woman who was also heading there. We started chatting and walked in together. She was of Swiss and Russian decent living in the UK. Once inside, we met up with 2 other women of Russian decent. The three of them had all practiced hypnotherapy together in a Russian speaking practice group. They welcomed my in and I spent most of my remaining time with them.
I could go on and on about how inspiring each and every speaker was. I felt energized the entire weekend. There was dancing, singing and hugging. I have never felt as much love as I did at this event. Of course seeing Paul McKenna live was the icing on the cake!
I have been in coaching for quite a few years, but I have never felt as supported by an entire community as I did this weekend with Mindvalley. I am ready to go out and change more lives!
